AAD: Meeting the future together
Facts at your Fingertips
By Emily Margosian, content specialist, February 1, 2018
Over the past year, the American Academy of Dermatology has worked hard to meet the varied needs of its diverse membership and to ensure the specialty is well-positioned to thrive in the future. While the challenges facing physicians across health care may seem overwhelming, dermatologists can count on the combined strength of AAD membership: a network of approximately 19,000 physician peers working together with experienced staff to provide outstanding professional education, skillful public and government advocacy, award-winning publications, valuable practice management resources, and a vast number of programs that serve individual members as well as the specialty.
