About JAAD
JAAD receives more than 3,000 manuscripts annually and publishes an array of original, peer-reviewed articles on clinical and investigative studies, treatments, new diagnostic techniques, and other topics relating to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. To assist physicians with maintenance of certification requirements, the journal also features CME articles based on “hot topics” in the specialty. These allow AAD members to earn valuable CME credits.
In addition to strong readership, JAAD is the top most cited journal in the field with an impact factor of 12.8.
