Academy Councils, Committees, and Task Forces
The 2027 online appointment application is now available
Members are essential to the success of our organization. Every year, hundreds of dermatologists serve the AAD/A through its governance structure which consists of councils, committees, and task forces.
Click here to apply by May 31, 2026If you are a Resident graduating after May 31, please email Jada Chandler at jchandler@aad.org before you complete an application.
Recommendations
We have streamlined the recommendation process. Each applicant now has a unique link, found on their application, for others to submit recommendations on their behalf. To submit a recommendation, ask the applicant for their link. Recommendations are required for residents and strongly encouraged for members.
