Visit the AADA Practice Management center for a step-by-step guide on reporting for MIPS in 2022. This four-step guide can help you learn how to avoid the penalty or earn an incentive in 2024 when the penalty or incentive would be applied.
The Academy also offers the following helpful MIPS tools:
Reporting Options Snapshot: Determine what you need to report in each category based on the size of your practice to meet the 2022 MIPS reporting requirements to avoid the penalty or get an incentive.
MIPS Financial Assessment Tool: Generate an estimate of your potential penalty or incentive applied in 2023 to your Medicare claims.
MIPS Measure Selection Tool: Determine which quality measures you can report to satisfy the MIPS 2022 requirements.
MIPS Best Practices Tool: Identify gaps in your MIPS performance and find Academy resources to help you address them.
Members can also view a breakdown of 2022 MIPS category requirements and weight distributions (or redistributions if exemptions are applied).
