Get ready to register for a magical experience in Orlando, Florida! 2025 AAD Annual Meeting attendees can expect some exciting new offerings alongside the top-tier education you expect from the AAD.
What’s new
Opening Ceremony, Friday, March 7 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
An exciting new way to kick off the meeting — hear the president’s Welcome Address and keynote address from our guest speaker.
Member Welcome Reception, Friday, March 7 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Join us on Friday evening at Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort to connect and celebrate with other AAD members. Enjoy live entertainment and visit different venues along the Promenade. Look for the option to purchase tickets during registration. Transportation will be provided to and from the Orange County Convention Center West Building, Hyatt Regency, and all the hotels along the AAD shuttle route.

Childcare services will be available during the Annual Meeting to accommodate attendees with young children.
