Where can I find the AAD Fellow logo and how can I use it to promote my practice?
Asked and Answered

In a health care environment where non-physician clinicians and others claim to be “skin experts,” it is increasingly important to make sure dermatology patients and the public know the profound difference in the advanced training that dermatologists receive. Use the AAD Fellow (FAAD) designation to promote yourself as a board-certified dermatologist and assure patients and the public that dermatologists are the leaders in diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail conditions.
Your Dermatologist Knows
Your Dermatologist Knows positions dermatologists as experts the public can trust on the media platforms young people use most. Learn more.
The FAAD designation is only available for download by AAD Fellow members; a separate IFAAD designation is available for download by AAD International Fellow members. Be sure to use the designations anywhere patients can find you.
Here are some ways to get started:
Download the FAAD designation graphic.
Use the FAAD designation in your email signature.
Display the FAAD designation graphic on your practice’s website and on your lab coat.
Add the FAAD designation to your social media handle and/or professional biography.
