Help remove barriers for medical students considering dermatology through a structured one-on-one mentorship. Mentors are paired based on interest and availability and provide shadowing, career guidance, and skills development. Open to all AAD members with an interest in serving underserved communities who meet program requirements. Mentor eligibility and targeting follow the same open-eligibility and Equal Opportunity standards as mentee programs.

Academic Dermatology Leadership Program: Advise young faculty members and help guide them through the early stages of teaching dermatology to students.

Flash Mentoring Program: Engage in one-time, no-commitment connections with dermatologists seeking guidance on a specific topic.
