Ensure a bright future for the specialty when you mentor the next generation of dermatologists. Be paired with a medical student considering dermatology, or if you’re in an academic setting, be paired with young faculty members.
Advocate
Your expertise allows you to provide high-quality care to patients; however, politicians have become increasing influential over patient care and practice management. The AADA advocacy team and committed AAD Members are working hard to put specialists, like you, back in control of specialist care. Join us and get involved in advocacy efforts that protect compensating by fighting Medicare reimbursement cuts and improve patient care by calling for prior authorization and step therapy reforms.
