DermWorld Insights & Inquiries made its debut appearance in DermWorld Weekly on March 13, 2019. That first Wednesday, traffic was modest — 385 views. But things grew steadily; soon traffic on Wednesdays spiked to 1,000, then 2,000, and by now it’s clear that most of you have read at least one commentary by Dr. Heymann and the editorial board, while some of you have become avid fans.
Indeed, in a recent survey, this new part of the DermWorld family had already jumped into third place when included among a list of the most popular columns from the magazine. All told, commentaries from DWI&I have been read more than 800,000 times, with all signs pointing toward 1 million by the three-year anniversary of the first publication.
