How can I get a receipt for payments made to the Academy?

For all Academy-related payments — membership dues, past orders, a subscription to Dialogues in Dermatology — AAD members can access their receipts as follows:

1. Visit staging.aad.org/members
2. Sign in to your member profile
3. Click the “Account” tab in the upper right-hand corner
4. Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu

5. Click “View Invoice” to download a receipt.

Members can also request a receipt after a purchase is made. For any Academy-related orders placed online (including dues), a receipt is automatically sent to the primary email address on file. Occasionally, these receipts are caught by spam filters, so check your spam or junk folders if you do not automatically receive an email receipt.
